“Service from Heinnie Haynes was fine, but they really need to coordinate with BETTER delivery services. When you pay quite a sum extra for faster delivery, then when the delivery company sends a message stating you owe another extra $51 for delivery, and a totally different delivery date, and it arrives late and opened and damaged, and with completely ignored delivery instructions, it's kind of frustrating and maddening. HH was quick to refund the faster delivery fee, and is looking into the sloppy delivery process from DHL.”

“After ordering a knife as present for the best man at my wedding, DHL failed to deliver, as the gift was time sensitive I contacted Heinnie Haynes who without quibble sent out a replacement on next day delivery going above and beyond, and helping to make our big day better.
