“My order was requested past the 'orders closed for the day time' when I phoned but, due to the problem that I had, my order was packed and out for delivery within 15 minutes of my phone call. The man I spoke to at Heathfield was so very understanding and promised that he would do his best to meet the goods collection time. This he did and the item arrived with me at 11.00hrs 2 days later. What exceptional and understanding service for which I am truly grateful.”

“I am very impressed with this company. I spoke to a member of their sales team who gave me good clear advice. I ordered a Dimplex radiator at lunchtime on a Thursday and it was delivered to me by 8.00 a.m. the following day. The radiator was very reasonably priced and so was the cost of delivery. Not only will I use them again but I have recommended them to my electrician and various friends.”
