“Wrong item was sent! Decided to keep it as carton had been put in the bin with the rest of the packaging. We are not allowed to keep any rubbish/ cartons on the premises. I ordered an inset Electric fire for the hearth, but a standard fitting fire had been sent Instead? I Would have much preferred the fire I had ordered in the first place! Regards Mrs N A Haq”

“Very helpful service and prompt delivery of light bulbs. Unfortunately one of bulbs out of the number that I ordered was broken. Overall very happy with purchase.”
