“The layout was very good , as a existing wearer I understand a little more than a 1st time wearer just what you are offering .It is well laid out and spells the danger of using some companies without being named , but also the links that some of these companies have like Boots , and the Spec saver offers and non branded phones which one wonders just what quality they truly supply . I have to change mine soon and being unable to get to a store will need someone to visit my home .For the near future do you offer this service ?”

“I just bought my first hearing aids through this company. Almost got duped by boots into buying some aids on sale that turned out to be old stock and about to be replaced. I know they're competitors, but these people at least seem to look out for the consumer.”

We were impressed by how direct and no-nonsense he was. Everything explained in a straightforward way. We have ordered some new hearing aids and look forward to his return with them next Wednesday.”
