For anybody reading this review, these guys got me tested and fitted with new hearing aids within four days of me being in the UK for a 10 day business trip. That left enough time for a fine-tuning appointment that I didn't end up even needing. Great hearing aids, fast professional service. Would recommend.”

“I was provided with some new Unitron Tempus Pro hearing aids back in March, just after the new ones became available in fact. I have been a Unitron hearing aid wearer for years, but these were the first ones purchased through yourselves. I have had them for 6 months now and am hearing so much better at parties than I ever have before. The audiologist has been very attentive, I have seen her four times now since I was fitted with the hearing aids, most recently for my 6 month check up. I just wanted to let people know that both your service and the Unitron hearing aids are very good indeed.”

I found the guide to be very concise, clear, objective and extremely good in that it enabled me to better understand the pitfalls for the unwary and uniformed purchaser of hearing aids. I am very grateful for the information it provided me which is enabling me to make better, well informed choices about my hearing needs.”

“Called in today early A.M on way to work for info. Had a great professional welcome with immediate appointment. Seen efficiently and with a professional kind approach, as I was anxious and in denial! My worries soon put at rest, as told after examination and test, didn't need their services at present. Obviously a business not there to take your money if you don't need their services. Thank you.”

“I've just got NHS hearing aids and they are not very comfortable so I've dipped my toe into buying privately. Or perhaps put better - being sold to. This is the first organisation that explains the relationship between manufacturers and sales outlets and the news is startling. So many tie-ups!
