“I have telephoned you today because I have not received the latest information book via my computer because this is an old computer that is not working very well. I a new computer which is only half set up at the moment because my daughter who is installing it is currently away on a business course. I spoke to one of staff today and have arranged to ring you again when I would like to book an appointment for a test with you. I am situated in Stratford upon Avon. I am particularly interested in the Oticon range of aids. I will contact you again shortly.”

“Can somebody contact me please as soon as possible, I have an appointment with the audiologist today at your melcombe street clinic and i cant remember what time it is and i think i have lost the email that you sent to tell me. I cant call as i cant hear on the phone. its mrs shah, woodgrange avenue. please send me an email or a text.”

“My experience concerns only the guide and not yet as a customer. I found to be well written and in basic terms informative. For my purpose as an experienced hearing aid user requiring more technical information on new designs (for the new ones I require) it lacked adequate information.”
