“Was offered a refund or a voucher of same price because the item was not in stock. I'd like to have known beforehand through online inventory how much stock you have got left before ordering and paying for it. For me the experience was average as I've not gained anything nor lost anything but definitely would've been happier if I was offered more than the same amount refund or voucher code. That's how you will keep repeat custom in this dag and age.”

“arrived well packed in timely manner.I was less happy with contents, which were ok, but I was disappointed with the lack of information on cooking the products I had bought , for example, all the ingredients for a risotto to go with the chicken , but no instructions , and with other products , no clue as to the timing of cooking and temperature etc.”
