Messed up order. Didn't recieve item after l spent over £150 to be eligible for it. Customer service received was RUBBISH....

Order Number: #13370 . I ordered the Hen(Desi) and it was not of the standard. It had a really bad smell to it and the colour was off. Like it was expired and old. You definitely couldn't sell that in a supermarket cause then health regulators would come and fine you. I expected better from this site. Its very unfortunate

I ordered the medium magnificent subscription box. According to your website, it was suppose to provide me with proper meals for three to four people. You literally sent me a cucumber, some tomatoes and peppers. What kind of meal am I suppose to make with that? On top of that, you were suppose to send a lot more than 3 different veg. No potato’s, carrots or onion like it said on your website. You’ve charged me for product and didn’t deliver. Emailed and messaged on Instagram, no reply. It’s been a month.

Prices are a little high could definitely be cheaper. it is impossible to get through to them with the phone number they provide which is a London number but the address for them is in Peterborough. emails take a good while for a response ranging upto a day where in my case majority of my emails were ignored unless sent numerous of times one after the other. so not helpful if you have a urgent enquiry about your order. The customer service is absolutely appalling for example I was sent an offer of 10% in exchange for a review. But after completing the review due to it not being in favour of them the 10% voucher was not sent unless I change my opinion. Complete waste of time emailing with very limited response and no exchange of the voucher rather the about the issues with my review and how it will affect the company. Overall good quality meat no problem there food is spot on delivery also just the lack of customer service and the cheats of fake vouchers which let this company down!!

We were subscribed to a weekly meat package however out of three packages only one week has arrived. Also when I tried to contact healthy halal online by email they didn’t respond or refund me.

Did not deliver the product i wanted, did not even ask if i wanted to continue with my order even though i ordered well in advance. Will never order from here again. Crazy charging me £5 for delivery for some bbq ribs i could’ve just gotten from haji baba in asda. Wouldve been worth it if i had gotten my beef joint.

Meat turned up warm, with warm melted ice / water packs. Refused a refund because I took too long to complain about it.

Mixed up orders which led to delay in and changes in previously agreed date of delivery. Problem is no one even bothered to explain reason for the delay or give me an option online to chose my new date of delivery, you just chose for me. I had to call many times until finally someone got back to me with an explaination on the day I was expecting my delivery.

Never ordering from you again. I feel like I was robbed. I bought ribeye steaks thinking I was getting 300g per steak and received 200g instead. When contacting you by email, your reply was that there was an error on the website and it has been corrected. (If I knew this I would have never bought ribeye as I prefer sirloin) I didn’t get any compensation whatsoever from you, keeping in mind that this was a mistake on your part.
