My order had not been delivered as per my instructions, and had been left with a neighbour. By the time my neighbour was home to get my order, when i opened the meat, it had spoiled with a rancid smell.
I had emailed that day to explain what had happened, but had received no response from yourselves. Very disappointed as i had lost £80 worth of meat.
