“Health Rack’s latest version of Glucosamine Sulphate tablets ,large white with a rough surface are difficult to swallow. I gave feedback by phone some days ago that I had almost choked trying to swallow this difficult tablet and while alone in the house. Luckily I coughed it back up. I have since cut a number of tablets in half for future application but this morning had difficulty swallowing the two halves now with one end sharp edged. I will now have to smooth off that end for safety’s sake. I will be buying no more. No one has replied since my previous phone call I suggest you go back to the smooth blue version you manufactured earlier. BH”

“Oil ok as purchased before then went to Amazon to buy but came back as independant company, made a mistake though as delivery terrible, took a week to receive even though they said posted next day. Will be back to Amazon now.”

Hi Many thanks for your review, we always value feedback from our customers. All online orders are dispatched from our Head Office and they are the same products that are stocked in our shops. When we place an order with our suppliers the products are delivered to Head Office and then they are either distributed to our shops or used to fulfil online orders. “Unfortunately Health Rack sent me the wrong product despite referring to the correct product on the accompanying invoice. When I contacted them (showing the evidence of their error) they agreed to send the correct product but not until I had returned the wrong one. Not very good customer service - this was there mistake not mine and this meant I woul have to wait for an indeterminate amount of time to receive the product I had ordered and paid for.”
