“I placed my order with Health rack 0n 30th November. During the process I had difficulty applying a particular discount code so I phoned them. Their operative who answered the phone listened to the details of the problem, apologised for the inconvenience and supplied an alternative discount code which I applied whilst they were still on the phone. The discount kicked in and that was that. Usual standard of service one should be able to expect you may think, but expectations and reality are often worlds apart in todays commercial world as most of us have experienced. But that is not the end of their top class service, I live in Spain and for the princely sum of £6.45 I received the 3 kilo package on 7h December, 5 working days. So what ! you may exclaim, my wife is still awaiting a birthday card posted in UK on 23rd October, Well done Health Rack.”
