“I ordered the flowers from canada to be delivered to my Sister in England , the service was amazing i received an email straightaway - i received tracking straight away giving a date and time and they were delivered promptly my sister was in bed and missed the door they left a card and left them with the next door neighbour , she was over the moon with them they were beautiful and perfect to the picture ( she sent me a photo) I would definitely use the again .”

“Ordered flowers and paid £60 for my sister’s birthday and they arrived a day late! Very disappointing… If I had known there was a get out clause for the company then I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place! Complained and was told that I should read the terms and conditions and that it wasn’t guaranteed at all..”

“Bouquet was purchased for a friend as a birthday present. It was beautifully presented, the flowers were gorgeous and my friend loved it. It arrived at a good time on the day via Royal Mail . Would use Haute again. Great service.”
