The large bouquet of Country wild flowers I ordered recently was not only disappointingly small but poor quality too! They barely lasted 3-4 days (the picture she sent me showed flowers that were wilted and dry - not worth the £59.00 I paid for them!

Ordered beautiful flowers for friends birthday, but tried to alter date for delivery as the recipient wasn’t going to be home. Was told this couldn’t be done even though it was 2 days ahead of delivery date as the order had been dispatched. Was told I could track the delivery & change the date! This was not possible. Really disappointed with the customer service, despite flowers being beautiful, I probably won’t be using haute flowers again. 😖

The ease of the app, the beautiful choice of flowers, I am delighted to use Haute Florist. I live in the USA and send flowers to my mum in Aberdeen. She has always loved them. For some.reason my paypal doesn't load after logging in but paying by card is effortless.

Purchased a medium bunch of ‘luxury’ peonies. They arrived today and despite the product description confirming these flowers would ‘arrive in bud’, 4 of the 9 stems were fully open (and 4 hours after delivery have started to wilt). To make matters worse the foliage which accompanied the stems was sparse and some of it broken. Whilst the customer service was prompt, Hautes own florist argued nothing was wrong, though they did offer a meagre £5 off. This is a real shame - first issue I’ve had with Haute but due to their own florist manager confirming they didn’t notice any visible quality issues (there clearly were), this does not fill me with confidence in their product and I won’t be using again. Luckily I managed to pick up 10 stems from my local M&S for half the price to ensure my wife got nice peonies for her gift.

When I received my country garden bouquet I couldn't belive the beautiful purple and mauve flowers they came in black paper in a black velvet bag if you looking for exclusive flowers at a good price I would highly recommend Haute the best I've ever had

Good Day I recceived flowers from you yesterday. They were in a beautiful box and the flowers were wrapped in an orange wrapper which was like very fine plastic. The stalks had thick wetted tussue and then a plastic bag. They were sent by my son and daughter in the USA. Normally they send flowers to me via M & S 9times out of ten they areHelen Gray. half dead with the heads broken off.
