“Installation fine, invoicing something left to be desired already had to phone twice to wrong amounts taken at wrong time. 2 full payments in 1 week as opposed to half payments for the first 3 months. Have received refund but now keep checking bank account to ensure no further mistakes are made.”

“Easy application process with helpful staff. Online paperwork quite good and relatively easy to process. Installation of boiler was done cleanly and without any problems. Had to chase up office after installation to update payment details and get papeework but resolved quite quickly.”

“THE EFFICIAANCY IS WITHOUT QUESTION,THE SURVEY,INSTALLATION ALL DONE IN A SHORT TIME HOWEVER ON SURVEY WE WERE PROMISED AND IN WRITTEN FORM TOLD THAT NEW THERMOSTATIC VALVES WILL BE FITTED.AFTER SEVERAL CALLS THESE ARE STILL NOT ONE OR A COME BACK AS TO WHEN A REFERAL PAYMENT WAS ALSO PROMISED,(i have 6 boilers installed) NONE RECEIVED”

“Exactly what was asked for and company name very apt. Once approved boiler was in within one day and happy to say I have hot water running throughout once again. Look no further than this as no catches and everything is explained throughout. good clean and excellent job.”

“Surveyor not impressed with him did not give me much confidence did not indicate to installers that I have a tiled wall did not put the boiler in the right place Installers did a good job neat tidy helpful sorted the tiles problem (but they cut off the cold water feed to my shower they left the loft tank full so I though I had cold feed I sorted it later) Don’t bother expecting a hamper if you recommend someone its bullshit”

“We had no heating and could bear going through another winter, but we couldn't afford to replace our boiler. We found hasle free boilers and now we will never have to worry again, there will be no unexpected bills or have no heating for any length of time.”

“The overall experience good. Having never heard of this company prior to installation, I found the process efficient, cost effective and easy to use. From the customer service agents through to the engineers and the recommended boiler I would thoroughly recommend them. After When I worked out the cost for the boiler and the guaranteed repair for 12 years it was very competitive against more well known brands.”

“The customer care was faultless throughout the engineers that installed were excellent. The only negative point is I not receiving the high street vouchers yet. Was promised them within 2 weeks it's now been nearly 8 weeks !!!”
