“Good service and like the product (bandages) would have just liked more info about if the bandages work best with or without leg wraps, don’t want to loose the benefits of the infra-red range”

“Very happy with my beautiful Martha Lady Sitwell waistcoat. Not so good was a long wait to get a reply from customer service on line and despite spending ages filling in forms for 2 fabric samples for the Lady Sitwell breeches, I haven’t received either of them”

“First time wearing the new pro tec rug he went to sleep while being mucked out! This is unheard of! Normally the barrow has to go over, the mare next door has to be nosed, the bucket has to be investigated, the whole doorway has to be blocked, you need to be cuddled every five minutes, your nose has to be in the new straw and generally you need to constantly be in the way! What else can this rug do?”

“Excellent discount club. Good range of products however very mainstream at the moment. Diversification into other equine sports like endurance and western disciplines, or feeds/supplements for laminitic horses which aren't full of byproducts.”

“The delivery was very good it arrived next day. The ordering was ok but the next day delivery option wasn't working in the morning - but i still got it next day so not a big problem for me. The rug is very nice just could with a bit more room on the shoulders - not all horses are thoroughbreds!”

“Fast postage and nice product, but the sizing isn't great. The yard boots feel tight and i'm not sure how comfortable they'll be wearing over a period of time. I've not tried them fully yet though.”

“Great online service and the online chat helped me with sizing. Website is a little slow and due to a system issue my order did not get dispatched however this was very promptly put right once they were notified. Great customer service on the phone. Thank you!”
