“Appalling service ordered a Riding wrist speaker on the 12th of December. We paid express delivery 2 phone calls to customer service with still no outcome & the monies left my husband account! Terrible customer service in an age when Amazon can get it so right!”

“Unfortunately I signed up so I could get horse insurance. as stated in the add which was misleading. It turned out I couldn’t. So I have joined for no reason. Out of pocket by £55 😬”

“Lovely breeches however extremely small, I bought a size 34, says ladies size 18, they are a nice fit on my daughter a size 12/14”

“I would love to have bought this jacket but it is a very very tight fit. I’m a 14/16, slimmish build. The sleeves were particularly tight as well as a very snug fitting body. I also found the sleeves on a HarryHall long sleeved base layer was the same. Not sure where you get your models from. Shame ....”

“Pony Saddlepad. Unfortunately the first order was missing some embroidery and I had to return it to My1styears, it then got lost in the post on return. A replacement was dispatched and received OK. The quality is excellent and the embroidery looks great.”

“Only tried it once on my thoroughbred but found a huge problem with the fit, TBs have high whithers, Rocks aren’t particularly high for his breed, but I made sure when. I tacked up there was plenty of room and pulled it up into the pommel, but whilst riding it kept going tight across his whither. Solution is to find a seamstress to add some Extra fabric In that area.”
