“Ordered a limited edition Jack Daniels and was dispatched as stated with tracking. Never turned up and was delivered 15 miles away where DPD would not let know who. (Not HTF fault). Spoke to on Monday and another sent out and received in 2 days. Excellent service and sorted quickly.”
