“An excellent place to find and purchase rare and fine single malts. I placed an order and it reached me within 3 working days in Singapore. Cannot ask for better and faster delivery. In addition, the price was the best I could find. “Very swift service, the whisky I ordered was a lower price than the distillery's own online shop, bottles packaged securely; delivery wasn't quite so good: although I was at home, DPD left the box on my front doorstep (even though there's a sign requesting parcels to be left in a box at the side of the house) in full sight of the road!”

“Excellent Customer Service I placed an order with Hard to Find Whisky (HTFW) and the process was seamless. I entered my delivery postcode incorrectly resulting in an issue with the delivery. I wasn’t aware of the mistake I had made and contact HTFW to make them aware of the delivery issue. First thing this morning I received a call from Will at HTFW who was simply excellent! He dealt with me as a first time customer in a personable and professional manner and nothing was a problem to him. Will made contact with the delivery company on my behalf to resolve my mistake. I am delighted to say that I received my delivery tonight and it is in fantastic condition so thank you to Steve for his packing. Thank you for your excellent customer service and I have corrected my delivery address for my next order. Date of experience: April 19, 2023”
