“Hard to Find to Whisky has a decent selection of rare scotch and whisky. Whether you are a novice or an advanced collector you will find something to your liking. Do not be afraid to ask a question, the staff is very helpful. The website is laid out well and is easy to navigate. The information and pictures are well done to assure what you view is what you are going to get. After you have made a selection and if you have it shipped to you, as I did, you will find the delivery is fast, the packaging is excellent. I cannot stress enough how well it was packaged, if you are a little hesitant to have a bottle shipped, have no worries.”

“Fast and efficient with next day delivery to my London Hotel. Item was well packaged with all requested documentation such as Vat Back form etc. Would not hesitate to recommend for someone who is visiting UK and short of time to search actual Whisky Shops etc or for the special item.....Cheers, Duncan (Singapore)”

“HTFW had the whisky I wanted at a very competitive price. Once I had registered my details (very straightforward) I was able to Log On and place my order making payment using PayPal. Although my order was placed over the course of a weekend it was handled very efficiently as it was received (well packed) just 2 days later. I would certainly be happy to buy from them again if my first experience typifies their quality of service.”

“I was looking for a tasting experience as a present for my father it took me a little while to find them as they are listed as a gift voucher but once located there was a lot to choose from. I order 3 vouchers for the Highlands Versus Lowland experience and it was easy to pay and the order was confirmed straight away. On the conformation there was a link to send an email to book the experience which I did in the evening and got a response first thing the following day. The vouchers came through the post within a couple of days . I am very impressed with the service so far and hope my Father will enjoy his present when he goes .”
