“Living in the USA, it was quite difficult for me to find particular single malts for my Dad who collects them. When I found HTFW online I was impressed with the selection. The ordering process was easy and the single malt was delivered quickly and the packaging was pristine. I highly reccommend HTFW!”

“There were a few places I could have placed my order with, but I chose HTFW because they have an excellent reputation for customer service. I experienced some customs delays (through no fault of HTFW) and they were very communicative and reassuring throughout the process. They totally lived up to their reputation and I will absolutely order from them again. Thank you so much!”

“It's hard to find a good liquor store in the United States, but Hard to Find Whisky has provided me service that even local shops can't compete with. They have a phenomenal inventory and shipped to me in Massachusetts in less time than most outlets in Massachusetts can. It wasn't my first order and it certainly won't be my last. Great customer service. Five stars *****”

“Having been looking for Teachers Highland Crream, a partlcular blend I enjoy,without success. I got in touch with their marketing and distributers, who indicated that they had delivered stock to Hard To Find Whisky. Performing a quick search on their easy to use website, I found, sure enough, stock of the said blend. The order process was quick and simple. Delivered the following day in 'bomb proof' packaging. Excellent service all round. Would highly recommend”

“I ordered an advent calendar for my husband; shipped to USA. It arrived on time, but the glasses were broken during transport. HTF replaced the glasses immediately and the calendar is complete and ready for gifting. Excellent and responsive company with some really wonderful gifts and gift ideas; I will do business with them again.”

“The box of scotches is presented beautifully. They were lined up in a nice quality wooden box. They came with 2 scotch glasses that unfortunately arrived broken. I sent an email explaining the situation and I got a quick reply telling me that 2 new glasses were on their way. I just received them and an added little bottle of scotch. Customer service is outstanding”
