“Placed an order for Saturday delivery which didn’t happen but it arrived on the Monday and when I informed them they quickly refunded my postage and couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic. My husband loved the brandy which was beautifully packaged and just really special so cheers and thanks very much guys 😊”

“I was not able to find the Fortaleza Tequila Reposado in the USA and if I found it, it would be wayyyy too expensive.. Came across HTFW and I was able to buy it and have it shipped the next day.. I received it pretty quickly. it was cheaper to buy it from them than places here in the USA.. Thanks again and will definitely buy from them again..”

“Wanted some Teacher's as a birthday present for a friend. Was told that it isn't marketed in England any more but that Hard to Find might have some. A call confirmed this. Would have preferred to order over the phone but had to order on line. Bottle delivered safely. Would use them again.”

“The service provided by this company has been first class. I was having troubles locating a particular whisky here in France. I'm so pleased that I found "Hard To Find Whisky" on line which had the brand I was seeking. My order of 2 bottles of the desired brand arrived earlier than originally prevu.
