“The product we purchased was excellent value for money and great quality. We had a small issue with a damaged part which was quickly resolved. The service we received was first class and i can fault their customer service. If only all online companies offered the same level of service.”

“Outstanding customer experience. Delivery was as informed and boxes carried up to first floor flat. Our grandson unfortunately snapped a piece of plastic which was replaced free of charge and quickly. He absolutely loves his bed. We were so impressed with our experience that we ordered another one for our house. Again, delivery on-time and bed looks great.”

“I am writing this review because I am so happy with a mattress I bought from a company called happy beds and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone my grandson says it very comfortable and I have tried it myself and I agree very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back”

You reviewed Happy Beds Add photo Emma 6 reviews 2 stars: Poor Just now Not a happy customer of happy beds! Not a happy customer of happy beds!! We received an email on a Monday stating a date of delivery which was the Thursday, so on the Tuesday I cheekily asked in work to take annual leave two days later to take delivery of the bed. On Wednesday we get an email to state delivery is Friday?? So after several hours on the Wednesday explaining I'd taken the day off and sending screenshot of the email confirming delivery for Thursday I was reassured the bed would be coming Thursday and it was an error by the courier. Later Wednesday night we received another email from the courier stating delivery would be Friday!! So I had taken a day of annual leave to sit at home and do nothing all day when I have 3 children I would rather have spent that time with!! I work for the NHS so haven't had the pleasure of time off during the pandemic while they have been at home so my annual leave days are precious to me. However after getting back in touch with happy beds they weren't understanding of helpful in any way at all.... They offered me two pillows for my children to compensate for me taking that time off!!! I wasn't happy with that at all but I wasn't getting anywhere and they didn't care to be honest about the mistakes they had made. Well the pillows turned up today and I have to say I wouldn't have paid the money to send them out to anybody let alone as an apology. They are one ball of filling in the middle with inches of empty material, they are fit for bin only. Honestly the cheek of them. I would not use this company again for very poor service from day one. Spend your money elsewhere!!!”

“Oak ottoman storage bed + two mattresses Great products received, exactly as advertised. Prices were reasonable and supply and delivery dates were superior to all comparable competition found online. Purchase and delivery process was well documented and communicated through regular and detailed emails. Delivery was well handled in a friendly and professional manner, with simple and clear instructions and explanations of limitations during first Covid19 lockdown, enabling us to move in relatively simply to our new home. Job well done.”

“Absolute First class service ,From the quality of the Bed to the delivery men ,Great info on delivery and great customer service, My daughter 6 and all her friends Love The bed she has moved the sliding desk and has got her a Den underneath also a great bed for Storage .5 Stars ⭐️”

“I have given a 4 out of 5 just because nobody has actually slept in the bed yet as it is in our guest room but the look and feel is just what I wanted. I bought the ottoman bed and Bamboo mattress and so far very happy with both. Took a few hours for my husband and myself to assemble the bed but well happy with the finished result. Very easy ordering on line , great prices and spot on delivery. Would definitely recommend and order from again in the future.”

“Ordered the white Grayson ottoman double bed on line. Happybeds could not be beaten on price.Was delivered early within the given time slot. Relatively easy to assemble with 2 people using comprehensive instructions provided. Good quality which we are very happy with.”

“I received my mattress before the due date which was a great surprise! The mattress is lovely and comfortable. I have problems with my neck and back so went for the orthopaedic option and I was not disappointed! Highly recommend!”

“A little bit nervous about ordering a bed and mattress without seeing them but it was exactly what we were looking for - colour, style and comfort especially. We found the Happy Beds website easy to navigate and purchase from, including a choice of delivery dates (if items in stock I think). The communication was brilliant from start to finish including delivery date and then time, and delivery actually arrived 15 minutes early. I only wanted the bed and mattress putting just inside the house so can't comment on it being 'delivered' upstairs. We received the delivery of bed and mattress within a week of ordering, and the price for both was less than half the price of what we saw in both the big and independent shops, so happy customers! We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Happy Beds again!”
