“We bought a storage bed base - it arrived when they said it would, all the pieces were there and the instructions were clear for putting it together. It is a super king sized bed, so it wasn't easy but it went together as the instructions said it would. We have had it for a few months now and it is still as solid as the day it was put together.”

“Nothing to dislike about this product, price excellent, quality excellent, looks like it costs a lot more than was actually paid. I purchased the king size with orthopaedic matteress. It came in three heavy boxes and a very heavy 3000 spring matteress, I had the bed assembled within an hour with the matteress placed on top, took a bit of getting use to the firm matteress, but the support is excellent and I get a much better night sleep, and I notice that I don't wake up in the middle of the night like I did with my old soft bed. Only one small downside was I had to wait 5 weeks for it, but in the end it was worth the wait, especially as if I bought this from my local bed shop it would have cost 3 or 4 times as much.”

“The quality of the product we received was poor. The bed has inconsistency in the padding of the footboard. Happybeds have refused to replace the faulty product, even stating it was a design feature. Also we received broken parts for the slats that support the mattress. They did send new parts for that but not without a number of follow up emails. They have offered me £33 to keep their faulty item. Absolutely dreadful company. So steer clear of them they clearly do not comply with consumer rights/laws, and will try to palm you off if something is not correct”

“We ordered our bed from Happy Beds when the one that we’d had custom-made wouldn’t fit up the stairwell. The bed arrived in good time, was securely packed & straightforward to put together. It’s sturdy, good looking & really comfortable...in fact, we prefer it to the original bed we had made!!!”

“Great item, really sturdy and looks lovely. Managed to put the bed together with a small amount of help from my 10 year old. It was really easy to use the website, I got a great choice of delivery dates and was kept up to date on the times throughout. Plus they sold the particular bed I wanted for over £100 cheaper than anywhere else I found on the web. Would definitely use this company again.”

“These guys have the worst customer service I have every experienced with any company I've dealt with. It's interesting to see that their current companies house registration is only two years old, while this thread goes on for many more years, suggesting they're closed and reformed at least one. Low quality products that are potentially unsafe with absolutely terrible customer service. I'd avoid them like the plague.”
