“I had a thoroughly positive experience with Happy Beds from start to finish. Ordering was easy (and price was good!) Delivery was v straightforward (they called when they were an hour away) and friendly. The parts were heavy so I felt it was well made and solid. Assembly was straightforward and took an adult and helper child about an hour and a half. When assembled, the beds felt really sturdy and safe (really important as a parent, as they were bunk beds) and they also looked absolutely fantastic. I'm really pleased with the beds! We also ordered mattresses - I'm usually very picky about mattresses and have only ordered from one particular place in about a decade but for the convenience of these coming with the bed at the same time, I decided to risk it, and am so so glad they did as they are super comfortable. Lovely, supportive and good quality mattresses. Very happy customer all round.”

“We searched for ages for the right kid of mattresses for our bunk beds until we came across the Theo pocket sprung mattresses from Happy Beds. We are so happy with our purchases! The mattresses are so comfortable both for the kids and adults. Good quality and reasonably priced. Communication was great and they were happy to answer any questions when we called. Delivery was great and fast too. Thank you”

“Took payment for bed and mattress, then 2 weeks later after we have sold our current bed and arranged pick up the day after Happy beds were delivering our new bed, they called and said the bed was discontinued. TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT. Then when I asked to speak to a manager about the situation the consultant said that the manager was ‘in a meeting’ I then said that there can’t only be one manager in the whole business and she said that both managers were in the same meeting and would call me back when finished. Surprise, no one called. This company has taken our money and then inconvenienced us severely and then did not take responsibility for the situation. Absolutely shocking customer service.”

“I waited in two full days for a bed and mattress to be delivered. Neither date agreed did I receive any items from Happy Beds. After contacting the courier and Happy Beds to rearrange multiple times they still failed to deliver. What a terrible service, horrible customer support and to top it off I was threatened with charges to cancel my order. Even considering at no point was I at fault...”

“Ordered mattress over two weeks ago. Was given a 5 day delivery window!!! No sign of delivery at all nor any contact. Called on last delivery date to check and they said the order was stuck in the system. They couldn’t provide a clear future delivery date so I cancelled. I’m awaiting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.”

“Delivered a useless cheap product which is not safe (on a kid product get paint stain even by light touch) after making to wait for 6 weeks. Failed to collect the product for nearly 1 month. After 2 failed attempts, had to escalate the issue. Horrible customer service, keep repeating Ts&Cs like a robot. No decency to accept failure and a practical sense to solve the issue. Stay away!”

“I bought a bed for £450 so thought I was buying a decent bed. The bed is absolutely appalling manufacturing. It has solid corner posts but the middle section is literally cardboard! It's all out of shape, crushed all inside and looks terrible. I complained and after 3 months of constant chasing them I was told its not a manufacturing issue and no replacement or refund would be issued. I've never left a review before but I'm horrified at this company and don't want anyone else to lose money like we have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am left without a mattress when my parents are coming tomorrow. I took 3 days off work as the delivery company can show up from 8 am to 6 pm. When actually they do not show up at all and let me know 5 days later that the mattress has been damaged. I then receive a guarantee that a new mattress would be delivered, another day off work later, the mattress is not delivered. This has been dragging for now more than 10 days. This is just an appalling service! SHOCKING!”
