I purchased a new washing machine and the process was professional and fast. The delivery was on time and they were very polite and friendly. However I requested the machine to be connected which they did but not in the same way as the previous machine. After they had left we tried the first wash as instruction, we found water leaking from several joints in the waste system.I am now awaiting my plumber to fix the problem.
