“You always do, I have purchased white goods from you over the last 20 years, delivered to various properties. I generally check prices with others but your prices and collection are first class. You are the only company that delivers to an apartment up a spiral staircase and does not complain. Many thanks”

“When we first approached our usual supplier we were disappointed with their service and although they had the appliance we wanted they could not deliver for 5 days despite the fact we made it quite clear that we could not manage without a fridge/freezer for that length of time especially in view of the very warm weather at the time. On entering Hanson Electrical, we received a warm and pleasant welcome from LV (sales person) this lady was extremely helpful in helping us decide and when we decided on the appliance she immediately said she thought it could be delivered the next day. She went to check and also to see if the doors could be altered in time for the delivery. She explained about the costs involved in removing the old equipment and for changing the doors. Wonderful customer services”

“Fabulous service all the way through form Hanson! Was really pleased to see a local supplier with the dishwasher we wanted at a good price - even better when they offered cheaper installation and product removal than other suppliers! Delivery guys were also exceptional - friendly, helpful and efficient. On top of this we were offered a substantial discount to take the demo model (as the model had been discontinued), which we were more than happy with! Will certainly recommend and use them again! Thanks”

“Sales assistant was very helpful and had good product knowledge .I knew the washer I wanted but she also gave me other choices so I had an informed decision. I needed it delivered in a hurry and was told I could have it delivered the next day and that my old machine could be taken away and the new one connected all for £15. Excellent Service from an excellent local company”

“went to Willerby rd showroom, good parking,acknowledged quickly by lady (LV) who quickly took us to the 55cm cookers. She was very helpful,very friendly, no pressure to purchase, and got us a generous discount even though not on sale. Delivered next morning!”
