“Ordered a freezer one day had it delivered the next. On time, happy delivery chaps, new freezer installed, old freezer taken away. All sorted in less than 24 hours! I am one very happy bunny. Hanson have never failed me!”

“I needed a new Fridge Freezer and went to the Holderness Road Branch. The salesman was very helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. I can take a long time deciding but this man never pressured me or lost patience. I put my order in over the phone to the Willerby Hill Branch as they were open later hours and was met with the same friendly service. The very next day two men delivered my new fridge freezer with care and efficiency and took the old one away. I am very pleased with my new buy and would certainly recommend Hanson Electrical to anyone.”

“Having a new kitchen and utility room and all appliances needed replacing. Chris explained all the different appliances which we were interested in and was extremely helpful. Their prices are very good. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“We always buy our white goods from Hanson Electrical Willerby Road shop. The service is second to none and we always feel very happy with our purchase. The staff are very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. The goods are always delivered as arranged and the two guys that fit them are very polite, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thanks to all the staff for being there when we need them. Sue H”

“From entering the store the staff were very friendly and efficient. We asked if any help was needed and shown to the area we required. The staff were helpful but not intrusive giving us any detail of the products when needed. We purchased the washing machine which we wanted and arranged for delivery of the product. The item was delivered when agreed with friendly greeting and a smile from two smart men who carried it into where we wanted it despite being up a flight of stairs to the first floor. A very good purchase indeed and will definitely return if we need anything else from the store.”

“Incredibly helpful and friendly phone staff, who were knowledgeable about their products and were able to offer advice regarding the purchase I wanted to make. Delivery personnel were superb! Arrived on time, were friendly, courteous and took away my old appliance and installed the new one with the minimum amount of fuss. Will recommend Hanson Electrical every time!”

“I ordered my fridge online and had a phone call the following day asking if I would like the old model instead of the new. this was a display model in perfect condition but £125 cheaper. I am very happy with the display model. Great customer service and free delivery which is excellent.”
