“I ordered my fridge online and had a phone call the following day asking if I would like the old model instead of the new. this was a display model in perfect condition but £125 cheaper. I am very happy with the display model. Great customer service and free delivery which is excellent.”

“I've been having a problem with my fridge door, following numerous attempts of trying to have this problem solved, I decided to try and sought advise from Hanson Electricals and I am so glad I did. The advice, helpfulness and customer service I received from them was of the highest level. Nothing was too much trouble, problem solved within 10 minutes, I am so grateful. Thank you.”

“An accolade to Cory, on the LG stand. My mother and I were browsing through the enormous range of washing machines (many brands) when quietly approached by Cory, of LG. This great guy has SUPERB customer skills. He seamlessly guided us through the wide choice of machines, with lots of product knowledge on every brand present, not neglecting his own, LG. He showed an awareness as a user, not just as someone selling. Cory also absorbed all the detail given by my mother and consequently gave us informed choices, respecting her needs. We tried another store but the way Cory dealt with us sealed the deal. His customer skills uniquely won Hanson the sale of a washing machine. His career should go far. Sue Brady”

“Very competitive prices with accurate product information on the website, simple on line ordering with a call back within a few minutes to arrange a delivery slot within a couple of days. “We went into Hansons in Willerby road to by some electrical goods. The staff are very helpfull and spend a lot of time with you to make sure you make the right choice. They go out of there way to make sure delivery is convenient for you, Which is a bonus if you work.”
