Unfortunately, our self-cling stickers were delivered unguillotined and as we need them for an event this weekend, we are now going to have to guillotine them ourselves at home, which is likely to be difficult as the margins between the stickers are so small. Handy Labels say that this is our fault for not understanding their website properly and specifying that we needed them guillotined (which would cost extra) but I feel that the information on their website could have been a lot clearer. In any case, how many people would want unguillotined labels? They did offer to guillotine them at additional cost if I sent them back but timescales do not permit this. Very disappointed with the company's response. Will not be ordering from them again.

We don't like hearing from dissatisfied customers, which is why our team contacted you before your review was submitted to explain the issue and see if we could find a resolution. The product you have received has been produced to your order specification, as our labels are supplied kiss cut, on sheets as standard. They are still cut to your size ordered and can be peeled from the sheet and applied. We have many mentions of the way we supply our stickers on our website, including our help and support pages. We also have different contact methods, including our online chat, telephone and emails which all get replied to swiftly. Our friendly team is always happy to answer any questions you may have. If you wanted die cut (individually supplied) stickers, you would have needed to order directly through our die cut page https://www.handylabels.co.uk/products/specialised-products/die-cut-stickers.html Unfortunately, this service is more expensive as it takes our team additional time and material to produce your stickers in this way. However, we never like to leave a customer unhappy and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. This is why our team reached out to talk you through it. As someone who doesn't know much about graphic design, there was no support in helping make my labels the best they could be. I was told what needed to be done, but no idea how to do it. Invoices and emails arrive very late and i'm still waiting to hear about a refund for an order I cancelled. What needed to be done would probably take an experienced person minutes, I cancelled my order instead. Look elsewhere if you are not a graphic designer.

Thank you for your feedback, Darryl. We try our best to support all customers throughout the order journey, as we know how important sticky labels are to businesses and personal customers. This is why we take feedback of this manner very seriously. After speaking with our design team, who worked on your order and after going back through email communications, your review doesn't accurately depict your order journey. Unfortunately, you didn't ask our artwork team for any assistance or advice. Our online prices are based on customers supplying print-ready artwork, so they would not have known you needed assistance with this. In addition, there is an option on our website for our artwork team to design or amend your artwork for you, which you did not select. Also, from the email trail with our artwork team, I can see emails were replied to very quickly. The order you stated was cancelled was not this order. This order was printed and sent out to you swiftly after your PDF proof approval. The order we cancelled for you was one you placed with the incorrect label specifications. It was cancelled and refunded for you as soon as you requested it. We are happy to discuss this further with you if you would like to get in touch. 👍

Labels didn’t stick to plastic as intended use. Was told holographic would be in white elements but in actual fact the logo is just printed fully over holographic material and you just seen holographic underneath. Customer service was no help, just argued with me. Not worth the money.

Please do note, every customer has the opportunity to order a free sample pack of our available materials to test the durability and adhesive prior to ordering. Our team are also always on hand to offer advice, which they tried to provide you with during the order process. Our PDF proof service is also a great time to iron out any issues with our experienced artwork team as, after we have received your approval of your proof, your artwork gets sent straight to production to be printed as you have approved it. Labels have taken almost two weeks to arrive and I’ve had to pay a hefty fee for customs which other UK labels don’t seem to charge

Your order was dispatched within our estimated lead time, outlined during many steps of the order process. If customers have required deadlines, we ask them to let us know, and we will always do our best to meet them wherever possible. As explained in our previous email correspondence before your order was shipped, changes due to Brexit have altered how many companies can send orders to certain areas. Haven't received the labels yet so cannot review. Disappointed they are taking so long and I haven't had a reply to my email

Great labels. Poor customer service. If you are planning on buying read the terms and conditions very closely. They made me pay twice.

It didn't have red round the warnings so they were not legal for me to use! And I found that out after applying to my whole shops worth of melts.

Order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, so we missed the deadline for the job going out. Won't use again.

Good afternoon Matthew Jones - HLN Supplies Thank you for your review, we’re very sorry to hear your shopping experience with us wasn’t a positive one. I have copied in our 'How To Order' page from our website which illustrates how our order process works https://www.handylabels.co.uk/support/how-to-order Your order was placed on 27th November, Carrie sent you an email within an hour of your order being placed notifying yourself with issues with your order. Unfortunately we did not receive any artwork with your order and we did not receive any special comments with your order stating you only required blank labels to be supplied without any printing. We didn't hear back from you until the 3rd December with your reply - We then marked your order as urgent and your labels were printed, finished and dispatched the very next day. I trust this explains why your order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and why we couldn’t have processed your order any quicker than we did.
