As someone who doesn't know much about graphic design, there was no support in helping make my labels the best they could be. I was told what needed to be done, but no idea how to do it. Invoices and emails arrive very late and i'm still waiting to hear about a refund for an order I cancelled. What needed to be done would probably take an experienced person minutes, I cancelled my order instead. Look elsewhere if you are not a graphic designer.
