“Easy to order and super fast delivery. If they used Royal Mail instead of couriers I would give 5 stars.”

Thank you for your feedback, Lucy! We are so pleased that you found ordering your sticky labels easy and that your delivery was super fast. We have used Royal Mail previously but found that the protection for your parcel if it were lost etc, was not as good as with other courier companies. 👍

“Just used Handlabels for the first time. Helpful customer service and fast delivery. I will use them again and would recommend. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that I didn't find their online design service particularly intuitive/easy to use. Other than that, very pleased.”

“Not a great choice of colours as their printers do not support very bright colours. Also, the labels came quick and the website was easy to navigate, however, the quality of the print was not perfect. If you look closely (black letters on white background, the simplest) there are little gaps and the colour was a bit more faded.”

Thank you for your feedback! Firstly, we're pleased that our turnaround was fast and that you found our website easy to navigate. In regards to the print on your labels, the finish on the material can affect the print. Our uncoated paper labels, for example, have a slightly more textured finish which can make your printed design look more, 'rustic'. If you're after a more smooth print quality, I would advise checking out our glossy paper labels! The finish on our glossy paper labels can also make your printed colours look more vibrant. 👍

“Very happy with the service and speed. I wasn't happy with the pdf proof I received and messaged to ask for a change - which was actioned very swiftly and was then correct. I wanted totally square labels and could only order those that had radius corners, where I would have preferred 90 degree angles, so that's the only reason for dropping from 5 to 4 stars. I could have gone somewhere else though - and that would have been more expensive so you pay your money and take your choice.”

Thank you for your feedback! It's great to hear that our artwork team managed to help you efficiently at the artwork stage. For future orders, our vinyl labels can be produced with square cut corners. All you need to do is pop a note in the comments of your order stating that you require square cut corners. I hope this helps! 👍

“I find Handy Brand to be a very quick and reliable service. All of my questions and mistakes ;) are handled with courtesy and patience. The website has to be the best out there in terms of being able to work out pricing online, without the lengthy form filling, submitting personal details, having to wait for quotes, pushy sales follow up email and calls backs from other providers.”

“A bit of an issue with an order which was missed at first - however when we highlighted this Jackie was excellent and managed to get everything turned round urgently and we got the labels in time.”

“Quick service for initial delivery, however only 1/3 of the order turned up. When I spoke with customer services, they quickly rectified the order and sent replacements were at my door 4 days later. Cannot fault them. Stickers are of good quality.”

“Designed my labels online and found many different types that could be ordered. Received a proof a couple of fo days later to approve and once did they were shipped to me about two days later. Nicely packaged and I really like the labels.”

“Cost effective, quick and efficient. My only qualm is that the print quality whilst fine, it isn't the best on small deatils, but I can't complain for the price I paid.”

“Great products and service. Good value. I feel there is unnecessary packaging. The labels are in a good quality protective envelope, the pink wrapping tissue adds no protection and goes straight in the bin.”
