“I was happy with the cost and delivery time and the print looked good. My only issue was the waste was only stripped from half the job so I had to remove the rest myself to make a presentable job to my client. I would use again.”

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased that you are happy with the price of your stickers, the print quality and our delivery time. It's great to receive your feedback about the removal of the matrix from the sheets - the reason we don't remove the matrix from all of the sheets is to protect the edges of your stickers in transit. The ones that have had the matrix removed would have been to quality control the cut etc. We will take this onboard. 👍

“I ordered my labels requesting that a border added and the request was accepted but I guess the it was forgotten as I received the labels without the borderline. I spoke to the designer but he argued he was right and therefore I ddnt wana argue, I accepted what I got and left it at that.”

“The labels are always great quality and the customer service (we dealt with Chloe) is fantastic. We had a few problems with our proofs being delayed but once we got that sorted, Chloe was amazing at pushing things through so we got our labels in time.”

“Impressed with the communication, speed of service and variety of label options. Slight variation in the quality of the label printing was my only frustration, with some characters coming out quite blurry on some labels and very well defined on others on the same sheet.”

“Great product, we ordered 4,000 stickers. The artwork approval took a few attempts to get right with the team. But otherwise, excellent service and product received as expected. Oh yeah, and the price was one of the most competitive we found online, will most definitely be using you again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“+ Amazing speedy delivery, easy setup and helpful advice on the phone! - The Textured paper doesn't do well in the post and some of the ink rubbed off - 'next day delivery' is from order production NOT from order being placed”

“It was my first time using Handy labels and due to my experience I did find the process a little difficult and there is a couple of tweaks I will do to my next order. On a whole though James was really helpful and patient and the quality of the labels is great.”

“Just used Handlabels for the first time. Helpful customer service and fast delivery. I will use them again and would recommend. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that I didn't find their online design service particularly intuitive/easy to use. Other than that, very pleased.”

“Not a great choice of colours as their printers do not support very bright colours. Also, the labels came quick and the website was easy to navigate, however, the quality of the print was not perfect. If you look closely (black letters on white background, the simplest) there are little gaps and the colour was a bit more faded.”

Thank you for your feedback! Firstly, we're pleased that our turnaround was fast and that you found our website easy to navigate. In regards to the print on your labels, the finish on the material can affect the print. Our uncoated paper labels, for example, have a slightly more textured finish which can make your printed design look more, 'rustic'. If you're after a more smooth print quality, I would advise checking out our glossy paper labels! The finish on our glossy paper labels can also make your printed colours look more vibrant. 👍

“Very happy with the service and speed. I wasn't happy with the pdf proof I received and messaged to ask for a change - which was actioned very swiftly and was then correct. I wanted totally square labels and could only order those that had radius corners, where I would have preferred 90 degree angles, so that's the only reason for dropping from 5 to 4 stars. I could have gone somewhere else though - and that would have been more expensive so you pay your money and take your choice.”

For future orders, our vinyl labels can be produced with square cut corners. All you need to do is pop a note in the comments of your order stating that you require square cut corners. “I find Handy Brand to be a very quick and reliable service. All of my questions and mistakes ;) are handled with courtesy and patience. The website has to be the best out there in terms of being able to work out pricing online, without the lengthy form filling, submitting personal details, having to wait for quotes, pushy sales follow up email and calls backs from other providers.”
