“Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the team provided really helpful advice before my labels were processed. I was fully informed at every step. I was advised that my labels might not be exactly the quality I expected due to the pixel resolution, which I really appreciated — but honestly, they turned out very nice anyway. I’m 100% happy with my order and the overall experience. Highly recommend Handy Labels for their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service.”

“No idea re quality of labels as DPD have had my parcel at their depot for 4 days and failed to deliver it. Bear this in mind if you need the labels for a deadline :-(”

Thank you for your review, My sincere apologies that DPD have failed to deliver your order as promised – Unfortunately, we do only have this option for our delivery provider, generally we do find DPD to be a reliable company used by us for many years sending hundreds of consignments per month. We have provided our DPD account manager with your feedback back below, our sales office has contacted DPD this morning and they have advised the drivers GPS was in your area on Saturday so we’re unable to advise why they were unable to deliver. I will despatch another set of labels today, worst case scenario you will have another set as a way of compensation for the inconvenience caused. I did try to give you a call on Friday to discuss the issues, I left a message for you. Kind regards, Michelle

“I recently ordered some card catch stickets from Handy Labels. It was my first order but it was so easy and quick. Commnication was great and the labels were delivered really quickly too. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend - Thank you!”
