“Returns exchange policy does not work for me to try to see them first, ordering means keeping them or costly to return. As I had taken them out of the bag was not allowed to return to order a different type so will avoid this company as no flexibility.”

“The product was good but the ordering doesn’t work using PayPal on my mobile. I contacted the firm but sadly they wouldn’t order over the phone. They assumed I could order online. Eventually ordered via a friends PC. If other firms offered this product I would have ordered from the other firm. Not all customers like ordering everything online….”

“No complaints about the products or prices but I did get a couple of thumb turns sent to me in the wrong colour. Since it was a while until I discovered this and I had admittedly fitted them, they did not send me out replacements in the correct colour. This is despite the actual value of these parts being very small relative to the total order and really not worth processing the return. Just a bit disappointing.”

“I contacted Sandy at Handles4u to ask where my order was and I was told that due to the Christmas shutdown and restart with high orders they were running a little behind. I initially asked for my order to be cancelled and then changed my mind Sandy was superb and reversed the credit and got the order processed and delivered next day (saturday) excellent service and very pleased with the handles for the price. Whether they last or not is another thing . Will update in 6 months”

“Handles ordered and received just before Xmas no problem. Manufacturing fault noted ref misaligned bathroom lock spindle. Problem accepted and acknowledged immediately by H4U who promised replacement spindle asap. Replacement delayed a week by weather and Xmas - but has since arrived and proved totally satisfactory. Smart well made handle and was well pleased with H4U after sales care and attention.”
