“Although I did get the handles to fit the holes from the old ones, it tool a bit of work as the ones I ordered were supposed to be 110mm x 50mm, but they were actually closer to 115. Other than that, the handles are fine”

“I wanted a quick and smooth transaction but it’s literally been the opposite. No stars at all yet because I never received my package - it was rerouted to a random locker that was empty - either the driver didn’t place it there or it was stolen. Had to spend hours calling DPD who said they “they will investigate”. Contacted Handles4U a day later - they replied super fast but said they will investigate with DPD. It’s Christmas season now so I don’t know how many days / weeks these investigations would take but in the meantime I will have to order my cabinet knobs somewhere else as I have neither a refund nor my order at the moment.”

“All queries that i had about the handles were answered promptly and in detail. The handles were delivered to me in a timely manner. The packaging was very good. The only negative I have was with the delivery courier, who tapped on my door and disapeared before I could open the front door, leaving the package at the front door, in full view of the road.”
