“Ordering process and prices are good. My bathroom door lock arrived with no screws and no spindle. This was not made clear on the website. Otherwise product was good.”

“A great product missing the mark by incredibly slow dispatch time. A week to dispatch products just doesn't cut it these days in the world of same-day delivery. I will look elsewhere in future”

“Parcel was supposed to be delivered last Friday and had the same message every day for 5 days since (We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed in transit) tried contacting handles4u to cancel the order as they're no use now and really not sure when/ if they'll turn up but no reply from them.”

“Products were of okay quality. Delivery was extremely slow, given that you have to pay almost £6 for delivery and it taking almost two weeks to arrive for only 2 small products is poor. To the extent when I was asked to review the products before they had even arrived. Plus it’s a £7 charge for any returns with no option to return other than through the processes that the company uses is also annoying. It would be good to have the option to send it back either by dropping it back to store or through cheaper delivery methods available when sending own items.”

“Very confusing, as the size described was not the actual size of the handle I ordered. After I sent a query I was told the size was not the actual handle, but some other measurement. If I want to buy a handle I measure from top to bottom, not the measurement between the fixing brackets or the fixing holes.”

“I ordered 15 handles and 28 knobs online. £400+. Both listed as in stock with 28 handles available and many knobs. I paid with Paypal. I got no confirmation email, nothing. I wrote by email; they didn't reply. A few days later I wrote again and they phoned me the next day saying: they had tried to email but I didn't get one - they tried to blame BTinternet. Then they told me the handles wouldn't be in stock until mid December. I have asked them to ship everything together; I am not going to have split orders which may / may not all arrive.”

“My handles came with two very short screws so had to visit local diy store and buy two screws ..30 minutes round trip. So easy to include two short and two longer screws and the cost would be small.”

“The sliding lock sent was not the same as the photograph on the website. Therefore I had to do a lot more chiselling than should have been necessary. Eventually, I did fit it. I would question the quality of materials. Two screws snapped internally to the door frame when tightening (This was not because I was overtightening - I have a broken clavicle). The screws also had a domed head which didn't fully sit in the countersink. I replaced these with flat head screws. The sliding bolt is a little slack in the guide but overall it seems to work OK. Obviously Handles 4U would not be my first choice next time. Sorry”
