“Received a request for review said on the web site 2-3 days for delivery today is day 5th working day and still not arrived, so service initially is poor and cannot comment on the product as not received.”

“The sliding lock sent was not the same as the photograph on the website. Therefore I had to do a lot more chiselling than should have been necessary. Eventually, I did fit it. I would question the quality of materials. Two screws snapped internally to the door frame when tightening (This was not because I was overtightening - I have a broken clavicle). The screws also had a domed head which didn't fully sit in the countersink. I replaced these with flat head screws. The sliding bolt is a little slack in the guide but overall it seems to work OK. Obviously Handles 4U would not be my first choice next time. Sorry”

“Product is fine. I have bought it before. £15 postage to the Highlands (not Islands) is ridiculous. You need to update your policy. Price had also gone up way ahead of inflation. Would I use you again: No.”

“The product was delivered on time. Its quality is poor. The bolt unit is not square with the fastening plate. The indicator window is crude and the indicator shows only when the toilet is occupied. A very similar version I had many years ago showed green when the room is unoccupied. The screws on this lock are brass-plated steel. In short the lock is overpriced for its quality of manufacture. Disappointing.”

“Website allowed me to order items they didnt have in stock. They sent me the order with only what was in stock with no reason provided or refund for the missing handles ordered. Had to contact them and was told if I wanted the full order I would need to order a whole box of 20 for like £100... wasted over a week trying to resolve this as they were incredibly unhelpful a d in the end just returned to order and went with another company who actually supported their customers!”

“Wrong finish sent first time, second time got the design ordered, but one part had been removed from the packaging. Not impressed. Buy elsewhere if you can.”

“Planning to order hardware for all the doors in our house. Ordered a sample hinge to check the colour 10 days ago but yet to receive it. I sent an email yesterday asking for an update. No response so far. Hopefully this will be sorted soon as wanted to fit doors for Christmas.”

“Only two star as colour was not what we wanted. Can’t tell colour correctly online and now have a handle we can’t use. Waiting for builder Cala to advise as the one they fitted is broken and we were trying to replace.”

“Some handles were damaged. Informed sales by email with pictures. Nobody bothered getting back to me. Haven't received replacements for damaged goods. Wouldn't use again.”

“Handles looks nice but the screws that was supplied was to long so have to buy new ones it’s very hard to fine and I’m still looking for them and then you really not saving any money at all very disappointed 😥”

“Ordered full set of knobs and pull handles in 2019 needed an extra couple for some new draws when the came they have changed the finish so they don’t match the others. Have emailed and messaged on social media with no response.”

“hooks were good.delivery fine. the screwsthat came with the coat hooks were absolutely rubbish. heads came of and had to drill out the screws ruining my pal back plate screws used no longer match hooks. don't buy bronzed.coat hooks.”
