“Grate products . But DHL who was the Courier service was appalling.”

“Delivery took longer to arrive than expected as Handles 4U still needed to obtain the part from it's own supplier. So, in stock doesn't really mean in stock. Packaging for the item was poor.”

“The handles were great, but they didn’t come with any screws to attach them. Ever other pair of handles I’ve ever purchased have had screws to attach them. If you want to charge extra for the screws then make it obvious at the check out... very disappointing and frustrating.”

“On this occasion I was not very impressed. Ordered on the Friday, not dispatched until Tuesday so part came on Thursday after the proposed fitting date. Fortunately, we have had to return to site at a later date.”

“Before ordering, I had specifically called Handles4U to enquire whether the Odessa Cup Pull Handles came with fixing screws or if I needed to purchase the fixing screws separately. I wanted to be able to install the handles the moment they arrive. The lady assured me that if the manufacturer doesn't provide the fixing screws by default, Handles4U would provide them in the order so there was no need to purchase additional fixing screws. When the order arrived, there were no fixing screws, which meant I couldn't install the handles immediately! What was the point of me calling beforehand to check?”
