“Only two star as colour was not what we wanted. Can’t tell colour correctly online and now have a handle we can’t use. Waiting for builder Cala to advise as the one they fitted is broken and we were trying to replace.”

“Some handles were damaged. Informed sales by email with pictures. Nobody bothered getting back to me. Haven't received replacements for damaged goods. Wouldn't use again.”

“Handles looks nice but the screws that was supplied was to long so have to buy new ones it’s very hard to fine and I’m still looking for them and then you really not saving any money at all very disappointed 😥”

“Ordered full set of knobs and pull handles in 2019 needed an extra couple for some new draws when the came they have changed the finish so they don’t match the others. Have emailed and messaged on social media with no response.”

“hooks were good.delivery fine. the screwsthat came with the coat hooks were absolutely rubbish. heads came of and had to drill out the screws ruining my pal back plate screws used no longer match hooks. don't buy bronzed.coat hooks.”

“My order arrived promptly and was correct. The design of the handles is just what I wanted. I ordered two polished chrome handles. One arrived perfect and was brilliantly shiny. Unfortunately, the other was tarnished. The company is currently only contactable by email, but after two weeks and two emails I still have no reply about how to obtain a replacement. With half the country working successfully from home at the minute I find it inexcusable that a company that sells online cannot answer emails. After reading all the reviews on this company, it seems they are perfect except when you need to discuss a problem with your order, sorry!”

“Service was pretty average as much as you’d expect but we ordered 33 kitchen knobs for our new kitchen and about 5 of them are damaged. Its too much hassle to send back and arrange more so i just put those at the bottom. Its a shame tho.”

“Communication is incredibly frustrating as know one returns my emails! And you are unable to leave a message. I did eventually speak to someone, who was very helpful and apologised form the lack of communication, blamed Covid! there’s no exscuse for this, you cant ignore your customers as we will go elsewhere! Handles I ordered were nice.”

“So, I ordered some knobs for my newly painted doors. 16 in total. They arrived in good time and were well packaged, however 2 of the knobs didn't have threads fir the screws so I couldn't use them. I emailed Handles4u explaining and could i return and receive a replacement. No reply. I had to order and pay for the replacements as i didn't want my cupboards to look odd. I also needed some drawer pulls as I'd miscounted those. All arrived but the drawer pulls were minus the screws to fit them. No point in writing to handles4u as they don't reply. Will go elsewhere. Won't be using them again.”

“Order over £300 of items on 6 Oct, told it would ship in 2-4 days...10 days later still no contact and no ability to contact someone via phone. In their defence when they eventually answered via e-mail they processed the refund the same day. Stock issues are unavoidable and often out with their control but the ability to communicate early with customers is.”

“It would be useful to have images of the handles from a few different angles. I wasn't expecting the spikes! Also wasn't expecting the odd plastic-like coating on the brass.”
