“I am very happy with the purchase so far, having bought some very strong brass hinges. They look excellent, and much better than the standard fare from DIY stores, but I have not yet used them. They arrived quickly, with the correct screws.”

“Apart from sending the wrong hinges, satin finish instead of polished. The experience was good. Prompt delivery and a quality product. Couldn’t be bothered to go through the process of returning the wrong item so used the one sent. Had to ring up to get difference in price refunded.”

“Extremely pleased with the product and service. Only didn’t give five because had no problems return etc so don’t know hoe company deals with complaints , problems etc. Handles were as described, good quality and a good price. We got them to match some hallway door handles from a different company which are no longer available but which were double the price. These handles match almost exactly and are of similar quality. Very pleased and would definitely order again.”

“My original purchase was Taking a while to be dispatched so I emailed them to find out when my items would be sent out. They answered the email stating that the items I had ordered were 'backordered' so I had to phone and place an order for alternative items. Which came very quickly, and were very good. I wonder if I had not emailed them first I would still be awaiting my original order.”

“Adam has been very helpful! He has gone (and is still going) the extra mile to get what we need. He kept me up to date during the whole process (which took a bit longer than usual due to the virus and because he was waiting for suppliers). Very good and professional customer service! Many thank again Adam!”

“I was unsure of the products I needed and had a long, and very helpful, on-line chat which helped resolve this. I then placed my order and it was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately one item was wrong on delivery (wrong finish), but H4H were quick to acknowledge problem and offer resolution. Would have been 5 out of 5 without incorrect delivery problem.”
