“Good selection but diagrams didn’t match up photos. We didn’t have any details of the broken ES latches so this was important. We had 3 attempts but eventually got the correct ones. Unfortunately there were no labels on the packets either. Deliveries were very prompt.Customer services were helpful.”

“Product quality very good however, quality control needs tightening up. Received screws with no thread on them, back plate screws missing and spindles missing. Having contacted Customer Services the issues were resolved easily and quickly.”

“Excellent art deco door handles which have enabled us to have artistically consistent handles in our art deco house. I admired the "through" screws but unfortunately our doors were too thick for them so I had to trace some black screws.”

“The handle was bought to replace an existing handle which was fitted in 1994. I was pleased therefore to see that I could buy a replacement to match. They looked identical in the illustrations and I took care to compare the details. The dimensions of the backplate, 168 x 47 mm, was identical. However the thickness of the backplate, 12 mm, was not specified on the website and is clearly shown on the box when it arrived. The thickness is far greater than my original handle and it would have been helpful for this to be shown on the website. The product is of good quality and was delivered promptly.”
