“I ordered a black oval mortice knob set which was good quality and well-packaged however there was a little damage on one of the knobs otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“Very good customer service, answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. Handles arrived exactly as per website. The only downside was that I had to pay customs receiving them into the EU which I wasn't expecting :-(”

“I have ordered from H4H several times and service has been good. Last time I ordered the wrong finish on the handles and had to return them (at my cost). H4H refunded me the purchase price and sent my corrected order. The mistake was mine and I paid the wasted postage costs but the service was good.”

“Able to select the correct item. Customer service was good. Prompt delivery. However I made a google search after purchase and found a similar item from same manufacturer was available cheaper with less or no postage charge.”

“Handles were purchased as replacements for outdated handles during house renovation. Very few suppliers had size of the backplate that would cover the screw holes in the exiting doors. The handles we received are modern and look sturdy. Looking forward to seeing them installed. Excellent ordering process and delivery was within a couple of days from ordering.”

“Product just arrived today just over 1 week after online purchase, which is OK considering the postal strikes going in. Product is fine and as described. Only thing is I was notified that I would receive an email of when the product has been handed to couriers along with a delivery date. This did not happen and spent the week thinking that my product had been delayed. That is the only thing preventing me from awarding 5 stars.”
