“I was unsure of the products I needed and had a long, and very helpful, on-line chat which helped resolve this. I then placed my order and it was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately one item was wrong on delivery (wrong finish), but H4H were quick to acknowledge problem and offer resolution. Would have been 5 out of 5 without incorrect delivery problem.”

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your review, just to confirm that the Carlisle Brass Deluxe Door Knocker M45 that you ordered is in fact made from solid brass, with a satin chrome finish. Hope this helps Regards Adam Handles 4 Homes Ltd

“Great service for my order, however when I wished to order again I had to log in again before I could place my new order. This did not go well, forgotten password etc. I ordered elsewhere”

“The delivery of the handles came very quickly however when I opened the box me not realising I only ordered handles and there was nothing on the order to say did I require accessories example Latches, had this flashed up and gave me the option to order the accessories I would have ordered them at the same time instead of having to make a second order for the accessories. Product supplies is very good”

“Product selection and service excellent. My only grumble is that - like most other similar companies - postage charges for single items are comparatively heavy and seem to almost double the cost.”
