I was unsure of the products I needed and had a long, and very helpful, on-line chat which helped resolve this. I then placed my order and it was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately one item was wrong on delivery (wrong finish), but H4H were quick to acknowledge problem and offer resolution. Would have been 5 out of 5 without incorrect delivery problem.
