“Top quality hinges, they look well made and hopefully they will do the job and last. Only time will tell. Delivery time was reasonable. Price was high, but I don't know if that just reflects the good quality.”

“Sent the wrong sized mortice locks , was resolved very quick , the correct sized ones were sent within 24 hours , still not the correct mortice locks as slightly different than the smaller ones they sent me . Ended buying the motice lock locally .”

“Competitive pricing and good, helpful staff who were ready to give advice. I ordered some doorknobs and hinges, some of which I had to return due to my own error. Return service was fine, [although postage was at my own expense], and replacements were delivered quickly. One item was missing from the second delivery, but was issued a couple of days later after a quick phone call. Would definitely consider using again.”

“The handles are fine,just what I wanted,although I would have preferred to be able to order without springs,which were not necessary. The screws provided were too thin and too long,so I had to spend a fiver on short fat brass screws.”

“I would have rated Very Good but one of the handles came in a packet with no screw so I can not use yet. Also the courier tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong place and I ended up having to collect from a dry cleaners 5 miles away bit inconvenient. The products are really very nice though and I hope to get my missing part soon!”

“Easy to order, got what we ordered when they said we would. Handles are v good quality. One seems a bit stiff but we’ll see how it goes. Made a massive difference to look of our newly decorated downstairs.”

“Beautiful products. Very pleased with them. The standard latches our builders installed didn’t work well with these doorknobs, so we had to order some additionally from Handles4Homes. Would buy at the same time if I bought the doorknobs again so thought it was worth mentioning in this review.”

“The handles, lock and hinges that we ordered were supplied in very good time and the quality of the products seems good. The packaging for the hinges was however damaged on one set although the contents were undamaged and intact. The one niggle was that one of the SS screws in the handles package was bright SS and not black as ordered (all the others were black), but not a big deal, just worth mentioning for future packing.”

“The item supplied was good quality and went straight on. It also looks like the design of the spindle will retain the tension for longer. But it was not made by Carlisle Brass, which is what we were replacing and what I ordered. It was Italian made, and looked very similar, but was a couple of mm shorter at each end.”
