“I would have appreciated an email telling me that the item was out of stock, rather than waiting until the full delivery time window had passed and then having to chase the order myself.”

“It would have been better if the delivery time could have been more precise waited all day and goods arrived at 5pm which obviously restricted our plans for the day”

“Ordered a few items. Was advised delivery date Arranged for a carpenter to come and instal the hiten's. But only received part delivery Had to pay the fitter and now have to arrange for him to come and fit the Items not delivered. This obviously will cost me another £20-£30 extra. And still no sign of the missing items although paid for it in full. Will I use you again? Definitely NO.”

“The service and product would have been good, but I had to pay excess postage on the delivery! £1 37 to be exact! Someone got that wrong, but it is hopefully not repeated for others.”

“The handles look fine but I can't work out how to fit them. The bar that goes in the door on which they fit appears too long and the handles have a sort of nub inside which prevents the bar going in any further, Am I supposed to cut the bar to size with a hacksaw, is this what is normally done? awaiting your reply Michael”

“Web site worked well to enable easy and quick item selection and ordering. I cannot say any more than that as I still have not received my goods. I have not received any emails indicating likely despatch date. Checking delivery status on the web two days ago indicated the items were awaiting despatch.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. The products that you ordered are on a longer lead time as they are specially made in the UK by Croft. The system will say that the order is awaiting despatch until it is ready to go, then you will receive an email stating the order has been despatched.
