The product was excellent - but then it wasn't exactly cheap, but we are pleased with it. We had 2 attempts at purchasing one from another well known DIY store but ended up taking them back because of the poor quality etc.. We did have to ring up to find out about delivery as we waited in a few days. It took longer to arrive than I anticipated. But overall very happy and would use again.
