“With terminology like backset, through bolt security escutcheon, euro cylinder etc it's hard to know what you need. Fortunately these guys do, and they are very able and happy to explain it all to you. I gave them a description of what I wanted and came away with all the bits I needed to refit the external doors. Quality was excellent too. When we do all the internal doors in the house they will definitely be the first port of call. Throughly recommended.”
