“Unfortunately th Door Handles were unsuitable. I am still waiting for these handles to be collected and my refund, otherwise I would have been satisfied. On Monday then 20 January I 'phoned your Company to ask for a refund and I was told to put it in writing which I did. Please arrange for the handles to be picked up to enable you to refund my money.
