“I had some problems in that I double ordered my items by mistake and then did not receive the second items as they were delivered when I was out and thus returned back to you by Fed Express But. Your company sorted everything very efficiently and credited my account with the duplicate payment The girl on the trelephone was extremely helpful and very courteous I would have no hesitation in using the company again The products were of high quality and half the price of the retail stores I looked at Many Thanks”
