I recently purchased a cabinet handle and a pair of hinges. When I placed the order I was promptly contacted to let me know the hinges were out of stock and was offered a replacement or the option to wait for the original hinges to come back in to stock. I chose to wait and the order was subsequently dispatched when promised, with the goods I ordered recieved in excellent condition. I cannot fault handles4 homes in this regard and would not hesitate to deal with them again. I given 4 stars rather than 5 as it would be good if the website reflected current stock levels, so customers know before placing an order if goods are actually available or not.
