Haven't had to use them yet but their price offering is good.

I have not been sent my policy. I am getting no response when I attempt to contact Halford, either online or by phone. I sent a request to cancel my breakdown insurance because Holford are ignoring me and they are ignoring that. They took the money immediately from my account, so they can act when they want to, when it's to their advantage, and now today Holford has the audacity to send me an email asking me to review them. I regret totally going to to Holford for my insurance and now it seems I have to get into a battle with them to get my money back.

The cover is very reasonably priced and on the couple of occasions I needed to use it, has been at least as efficient as my previous provider.

Not actually had the need to use the service but thankfully I have cover at a good annual fee. My Skoda Yeti was recently successfully MOT’d and serviced at my local Halfords. Thanks

I hope it will be ‘acceptable’ or even better than that. I have had the cover for over a year now and have not needed to make use of the breakdown service so I can’t comment further than that.

Horrendous cover. Never informed it doesn't start for 24 hours then when breakdown 2 18 year old girls on a duel cartridge way left there unless they pay £180. Absolutely useless

I take my car to Halfords for everything, M.O.T, service, repairs, and so convenient to pull in for bulbs/wiper blade replacement. Got a great deal on breakdown cover which includes lots of discounts for members. I’m now feeling assured I have a great, reliable company to call on in the event of a breakdown.

Trying to renew the policy was tedious. I had renewed online in Dec 2021, then I had a call in Jan to remind me to renew. I did this online again, the site said I had renewed (as it had before) but there is no email to confirm this until 2 days before the policy ends and the dashboard doesn't show the renewal of the policy anywhere that I could see. I then had to email Halfords to check the renewal was in place.
