“I have not been sent my policy. I am getting no response when I attempt to contact Halford, either online or by phone. I sent a request to cancel my breakdown insurance because Holford are ignoring me and they are ignoring that. They took the money immediately from my account, so they can act when they want to, when it's to their advantage, and now today Holford has the audacity to send me an email asking me to review them. I regret totally going to to Holford for my insurance and now it seems I have to get into a battle with them to get my money back.”

“Trying to renew the policy was tedious. I had renewed online in Dec 2021, then I had a call in Jan to remind me to renew. I did this online again, the site said I had renewed (as it had before) but there is no email to confirm this until 2 days before the policy ends and the dashboard doesn't show the renewal of the policy anywhere that I could see. I then had to email Halfords to check the renewal was in place.”
