“Iain was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and gave me a diagnosis nobody else had been able to give me, but more than that he gave me hope and a management strategy to help prevent further hair loss. I've now been to see a dermatologist which is what he recommended asks I feel that to some extent I have some control over the issue. Thanks Iain for your help.”

“I attended a clinic with Iain a few years ago now and he gave me some great advice and really put my mind at rest. Since then I have taken Hair Jelly capsules and have never had a problem with hair loss again. Well worth the regular commitment as I value hair health, especially during menopausal years.”

“I stopped using hair Jelly for a while as thought I may not need it anymore after taking it for 2 years. I noticed a significant loss of hair in the coming months. So I have re purchased and looking forward to my hair thickening back up.”

“After an initial consultation with Iain he recommended some diagnostic procedures to undertake through my GP. Following this he recommended a long term treatment plan. This is ongoing and he recently did a virtual consultation and refined my treatment with the latest thinking as to application. My condition continues to slowly improve and I would recommend Iain to anyone with a hair or scalp problem.”

“I was disappointed with the service actually. For the money paid, it was really just a case of visit your doctor and suggestions about products, but I didn't feel there was any real interest taken in my problem and to be honest a waste of money.”

Hello Karen and thank you for your honest review, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in the consultation. You'd think if you just visited your GP they would have given you the same advice (and in some cases that may be the case), but GP's are not very good with hair loss issues and in many cases the problem is misdiagnosed and/or mistreated and so the patient is left with no answers and a hair loss problem which continues to get worse over time. By visiting us we ensure our patients get you the correct diagnosis and treatment. I'm satisfied in my diagnosis and your treatment plan we put together via your GP when I wrote to them and informed them on what the problem is and the next steps they (and the NHS can take). Unfortunately not all hair loss problems can be solved and I have to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm confident if you follow up with the treatment plan your issue will not get any worse. “Excellent service! Out of nowhere I suddenly had a full scalp which was dry, itchy and forming patches of scales. My Doctor prescribed treatment although undiagnosed, he said it would be trial and error. Due to hair loss I found this so stressful and felt I could not be left up in the air. We travelled to see Iain. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and instructed me on full treatment with every detail. I received a report and he wrote to my GP with details and prescriptions he advised I needed. Iain was simply fabulous and I felt so relieved. Professional, efficient and all delivered with a calm, caring nature. Thank you so much.”

“Such an informative and helpful consultation with Iain who has a depth of knowledge with hair loss and the causes of this. Iain was able to identify my hair loss problems in great detail and advised of a treatment plan using supplements. Blood tests that my GP had passed as normal levels were in fact on the very low side for B12 and Iron which Iain advised of. A very prompt follow up treatment plan arrived by email just after my consultation and hopefully when I have review bloods done in a few months, my follow up with Iain will show improvements.”

“I was quite anxious prior to my consultation but Iain answered all my questions and patiently explained the problem causing my hair loss . I have already commenced the treatment and I am feeling positive now I know that I have some new hair growing. I have in fact ordered 2 more bottles of Haircalma shampoo.”
