“I am giving you this one star, because of the confusion around my order. Yesterday I ordered 3 bottles of hair jellies . I paid with my credit card and you have informed me that they are on their way . BUT today PayPal are saying they have taken payment for the order . Have l paid twice ? Is it a scam ? Marian Williams”

“I have been using Hair Jelly protein capsules for a number of years. My fine thinning hair improved considerably after around 6 months of use. I continue using the capsules to keep my hair in good condition. When I place an order from Hairmedic I always receive prompt delivery. I have recommended to family and friends.”

“Iain is very professional and knowledeable. I had an online consulation, supported with some photos that I sent, to look at my scalp irriataion and a type of quick onset alopecia. Iain identified the problem and a course of action that quickly improved my scalp and hair loss.”

“I first went to see Iain when I was about 35 and started with alopecia. It was a dermatologist that had recommended I see him. As a woman losing hair you ate feeling quite self conscious but Iain was really nice, very professional and puts you at ease. What I liked about him he's very open and honest with you about hair loss but doesn't try to sell you expensive treatments, quite often he will tell you things advertised won't make a difference and save money. He can suggest tests your doctor can do for bloods or he can arrange private blood tests that can do everything to vitamin D deficiency not really expensive which he can advise further. I'f I'm needing to take medication at all and any concerns about it impacting my hair, I have often asked Iain for advice and he will always reassure me as he knows how anxious taking anything can be for me and always gets back to me quickly. I'm now almost 58, gone through the menopause which also impacts hair thinning but Iain has been great in supporting me with that. I've seen him on and off for over 20 years just to get checks how my hair is doing and do think a big part of my hair staying healthy and retaining hair has been down to Iain and his support.”

“Ian Sallis is honest, well spoken and listens well. He explains everything very clearly and in such great detail that it feels like a science-lesson. This is reassuring. He is clearly a specialist and I happily recommend him. Also the service of Hairmedic is quick and peronal if they are any issues with rescheduling.”

“Easy to book appointment. Very attentive on visit and extremely informative. This was followed up the same day with lots of supportive information along with next steps and solutions. Highly recommend. Well worth the fee to finally get answers for a 22 year old.”

“Iain was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and gave me a diagnosis nobody else had been able to give me, but more than that he gave me hope and a management strategy to help prevent further hair loss. I've now been to see a dermatologist which is what he recommended asks I feel that to some extent I have some control over the issue. Thanks Iain for your help.”

“I attended a clinic with Iain a few years ago now and he gave me some great advice and really put my mind at rest. Since then I have taken Hair Jelly capsules and have never had a problem with hair loss again. Well worth the regular commitment as I value hair health, especially during menopausal years.”
